This Privacy Policy explains how Sobino handles information when you use the iOS application. The app is designed as an offline puzzle experience with a local-only profile.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
Sobino does not require account registration and does not collect account credentials. The app stores limited gameplay records locally on your device, including:
- completed and unlocked levels;
- best move counts, stars, hints, and other puzzle progress;
- sound, haptic, onboarding, and legal agreement preferences; and
- the local profile state used to continue your game.
These records remain on your device and are used only to provide the app's features.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking, or third-party login services. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, payment details, or puzzle activity on our servers.
3. How Local Information Is Used
Local records allow the app to restore your progress, unlock the next puzzle, remember your preferences, and show your results. The app does not use these records to build an advertising profile or identify you outside the app.
4. Apple and Platform Services
Apple may process limited device, download, diagnostic, or App Store information under Apple's own terms and privacy policies. That processing is controlled by Apple and is separate from the local records maintained by Sobino.
5. Retention and Deletion
Gameplay records remain on your device until you reset progress, delete the local profile through the app, uninstall the app, or erase the device data. Deleting the local profile clears the app's stored progress, preferences, and legal agreement choice from that device.
6. Disclosure of Information
Because the app does not transmit local gameplay records to us, we do not sell, rent, or disclose those records to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. We may respond to lawful requests only if we hold relevant information, which the app is not designed to send to us.
7. Security
Local records are protected by the safeguards provided by iOS and your device. No method of storage is completely secure, so you should use a device passcode and keep iOS up to date.
8. Children's Privacy
Sobino is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children for the purpose of collecting personal information. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Your Choices
You can reset puzzle progress, change app preferences, delete the local profile, or uninstall the app at any time. Since the app does not maintain a remote user account, there is no server account or cloud profile to access or delete.
10. Changes and Contact
